Inspection services · Case study
Bezpečná elektrika
The project is designed primarily as an offer of electrical inspection services. Technical and educational content is a supporting layer that explains the process, measurement and the limits of conclusions.
01 · Primary purpose
Service first, content second
The latest Bezpečná elektrika release is deliberately service-first: visitors should quickly understand that the core of the project is the planned inspection of electrical installations and equipment. Educational content supports customer orientation and professional trust rather than being the primary offer.
After launch, the planned scope focuses on family houses and apartments, lightning-protection systems on family houses, and selected electrical installations, equipment, appliances and extension leads in administrative premises.
02 · Inspection approach
The result is more than a measured value
The service concept follows inspection → testing and measurement → engineering evaluation → documented and clearly explained conclusion. This reflects the principle Measure. Document. Explain.
Define what is to be verified and what documentation is available.
Collect the inputs required for the specific installation or equipment.
Measurements need context; a number alone is not an engineering conclusion.
Findings should remain traceable and understandable within the inspection scope.
03 · Supporting engineering workflow
Humans measure and decide; digital tools organise
Photographs, measurements, notes, QElectroTech and AI support can help turn real-world observations into maintainable documentation. They do not replace professional inspection, physical measurement or the responsibility of the qualified inspection technician.
Observation, photographs, circuit identification and measurement inputs.
AI may help classify information and flag inconsistencies.
QElectroTech and supporting records help keep topology and evidence readable.
Interpretation and final responsibility remain with the qualified person.
04 · Supporting layer
Technical content supports the service and customer understanding
Practical advice, measurement articles, the glossary, podcast and methodology are not the primary product of this presentation. They are an evidence and education layer showing the working method and helping visitors understand when an inspection may be relevant and what to expect.

05 · Evidence & limitations
Service-first positioning does not change the boundaries of claims
Public evidence consists of the Bezpečná elektrika website, the inspection-services page, methodology, technical outputs and the documented workflow. Likavcan.cz does not duplicate that content; it explains what the project demonstrates.
A digital map, QElectroTech documentation or AI support does not replace an inspection report, design documentation or professional assessment. The current presentation must also not imply that commercial inspection services have already launched.
06 · Qualification and commercial status
Planned services, transparent status
The E2A inspection-technician examination has been successfully completed and the certificate has been issued. Commercial inspection services have not yet launched. Likavcan.cz and Bezpečná elektrika should keep this status consistent.
07 · Proof of work
What the project demonstrates
Bezpečná elektrika demonstrates service-oriented engineering: identifying the customer need, systematic inspection and measurement, documentation, professional evaluation and clear communication. Technical content and digital tools support that service; they do not replace it or redefine the primary materials-engineering identity on Likavcan.cz.
